Annalie Pelot, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.
Psychological Associate in Supervised Practice

Annalie Pelot is a psychological associate in supervised practice and is in the process of completing 1500 hours of supervised practice to register autonomously as a psychological associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). She works under the direct supervision of Chris Wright, M.A., C.Psych. Annalie conducts comprehensive psychological assessments and engages in evidence-based psychotherapy with adults (18+) who present with various mental health conditions, including:

  • Mood disorders

  • Anxiety and anxiety-related disorders

  • Stress and Stress-related disorders (e.g., post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorders)

  • Neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

  • Personality Disorders
     

Annalie prioritizes working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals and manage the difficulties they present with. She has a particular interest in the assessment of adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and treatment supportive of women’s reproductive mental health. The psychotherapeutic approaches she utilizes vary according to the needs of her clients, but include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training.
